Shipping policy

All merchandise sold on the Merchshowroom.com wholesale marketplace is owned, packed and shipped by approved manufacturers and distributors.   Order processing times vary based on each seller or product type.   General expectations are shown on all vendor profile pages for any sellers in our marketplace.  Some products may require additional time to ship if indicated on the product page.   Each seller is assigned a fulfillment expectation upon onboarding to our marketplace that they are expected to meet.   Below is a summary of our seller fulfillment categories:   

Standard Fulfillment :  Sellers listed on our website as a "Standard Fulfillment Seller" typically take 3-7 business days plus shipping time in transit to deliver orders.

Extended Fulfillment:  Sellers listed on our website as an "Extended Fulfillment Seller"  typically take 8-21 business days plus shipping time in transit to deliver orders.

We capture seller fulfillment and processing metrics from all of our sellers to ensure the best possible experience for our retailers.   We consistently coach and work with our sellers to guarantee the shortest possible services on your order.   With that said, the reason for our "Extended Fulfillment" sellers is because these sellers may:

  • utilize a print-on-demand or made-to-order fulfillment strategy.
  • simply require longer fulfillment times due to them being a worldwide supplier that consistently has a large order queue to process.
  • have unique manufacturing processes that require additional time.

Preorder Fulfillment:  Items or sellers that show "Preorder" on product or vendor pages may require extended fulfillment times.  Each preorder item / order will contain information on expected arrival dates.   Preorder delivery dates are an estimate and may change.  In many cases, preorder items are produced specifically for your order.   For this reason, preorders may not be cancelled after submitted to the seller.   Please contact us with any questions.  

    We do not allow our manufacturers to use a just-in-time inventory process to fulfill orders (except for made-to-order / print-on-demand).  For example, sellers are not approved to take orders, submit an order for merchandise and then fulfill later.    Our program is intended for shelf stock sellers and print-on-demand / made-to-order manufacturers only.   

    International Shipping Policy

    In addition to the above general shipping policies, the following apply to all orders with a final destination outside the United States. 

    • All items will ship from the individual U.S. manufacturer to our U.S. freight forwarding facility.
    • If requested, orders from different manufacturers will be combined to save clients money on international shipping costs.
    • A single export shipment will be sent to the final international destination via Fedex or DHL.
    • International customers agree to sign an export verification legally stating that items will not be sold inside the U.S. 

    International Shipment Cost:

    Customers are responsible for all costs associated with moving merchandise from the U.S. manufacturer to their final international destination.   This includes, shipping from manufacturer to U.S. freight forwarder, international shipping costs, duties, taxes and other fees.   A    Customers can contact us for shipping quotes before order placement.   A $100 deposit to pay shipping costs will be collected at the time of checkout.   Once items are consolidated and ready to be exported to you, an additional payment may be required if the initial $100 deposit does not cover the full shipping cost.   You agree to these terms by ordering on our website from outside the U.S.
