Response to Trademark Infringement Reports
Upon receiving a trademark infringement report, we will take the following actions:
Contact the Alleged Infringer: We will notify the seller associated with the allegedly infringing listing(s) within 2 business days of receiving your report. The seller will be given 7 business days to respond with an explanation and provide any relevant evidence, such as invoices, licensing agreements, patents, trademark documents, or other documentation demonstrating the legal use of the trademarked materials.
Temporary Suspension: If the seller fails to respond within the specified time frame or their response is inadequate, we may take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending the seller's access to our platform.
Resolution: We will investigate the matter thoroughly and aim to resolve the dispute promptly and fairly. This may include removing the infringing listing(s) and taking further action as required by law.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
This policy is in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. We comply with the DMCA's provisions for addressing trademark infringement claims.
