Dropship Program Policies

Welcome to the MerchShowroom.com Dropship Program provided by Merch Showroom LLC, a company registered in Minnesota, United States at 12448 Fletcher Drive, Rogers, MN, 55374. 

By participating in this program as described on our website here , you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect our mutual interests and ensure smooth operations. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. Program Eligibility

  • The dropship program is currently only available to retailers with a registered U.S. business.

  • Retailers must provide or complete a valid resale certificate from the state in which they are registered for sales tax. Approval into the program is contingent upon verification of this documentation and other factors left to the discretion of Merch Showroom representatives.

  • Merch Showroom reserves the right to include or exclude any retailer to the dropship program for any reason.

2. Restrictions on Sales Channels

  • Items in our dropship program may not be listed or sold on any online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

  • Sales through Facebook Shops (official name: Meta Facebook Shops) are also prohibited.

  • Retailers are permitted to sell items only through their own branded websites or physical stores.

3. Payment Terms

  • Retailers must submit a valid payment method to MerchShowroom.com, which will be securely kept on file.

  • MerchShowroom.com reserves the right to charge any outstanding balances on a retailer’s account to the payment method on file.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • General Returns:

    • We accept returns from any customer for any reason with notification to us within 14 days of the merchandise’s arrival at the final customer’s location.

    • The customer or retailer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred during the return process.

  • Damaged or Flawed Items:

    • Photographic evidence of the damage is required to process claims.

    • Once verified, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer or the retailer.

  • Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are treated as returns. Retailers or customers must place a new order for the desired item after returning the original.

5. Product Authenticity

  • All items offered through the MerchShowroom.com Dropship Program are guaranteed to be authentic and officially licensed merchandise.

6. Shopify Collective Usage

  • MerchShowroom.com integrates with some retailers’ stores using the Shopify Collective app, developed by Shopify.  The following policies are specific to retailers utilizing the Shopify Collective app to integrate with our dropship data to streamline product data, inventory, order and payments between Merch Showroom and our dropship client.

  • Retailers who have sold more than $10,000 on their store in the past 12 months are required to enable automated payments through the Shopify Collective app. This ensures seamless processing of merchandise and shipping charges.

  • If a retailer who previously met the sales requirement to turn on automated payments to us via the Shopify Collective app, drop below that minimum and are no longer able to continue automated payments, that retailer may be subject to administrative membership costs and a credit review to continue membership in the program.

  • For retailers who do not meet the $10,000 threshold and are using Shopify Collective, automated payments are not available. These retailers:

    • Can access the dropship program for an administrative cost of $11.99 per month.

    • Must approve MerchShowroom.com to charge any outstanding balance at any time. MerchShowroom.com will provide a paid invoice and additional documentation of the charges for their records.

  • Privacy and data security are paramount. MerchShowroom.com adheres to Shopify’s privacy standards and does not share sensitive information with unauthorized parties.  More information is available in our privacy policy.

  • Shopify Collective Internal App Settings and How this Policy Applies

    • Terms and conditions described in this Dropship Program Policy take precedent over any settings or information displayed in the Shopify Collective app.  This includes policies or procedures around returns, exchanges, tax settings, or other policies displayed to retailers in the app.  If not covered in this policy, the Shopify Collective policy will apply.

    7. Program Termination

    • MerchShowroom.com reserves the right to terminate a retailer’s participation in the dropship program at any time for violations of these policies, non-payment, or any other actions deemed harmful to our operations.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • MerchShowroom.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the dropship program. Retailers assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    9. Changes to Policies

    • MerchShowroom.com reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided to participating retailers, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

    10. Other Policies in Effect

    • All other policies of MerchShowroom.com, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, remain in full effect for participants in the dropship program.

    • In the event of a conflict between these Dropship Program Policies and other MerchShowroom.com policies, the terms outlined in these Dropship Program Policies shall take precedence.
