Return Policy:
Unless otherwise indicated on seller pages, all merchandise sold on this website is sold on a no-returns basis. Many of our merchandise partners utilize print-to-order or made-to-order merchandise specifically produced for their clients.
Damage Policy:
It is our top priority to ensure satisfaction for all of our clients. If there is an issue with the condition of products received from a vendor, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will work with you and the manufacturer of your items to have the manufacturer refund or replace damaged items for you. This may require that merchandise is returned to the manufacturer so it's important to keep the original box and keep items packed to be returned. We reserve the right to request additional information such as photos of damage.
Refund Policy:
All merchandise is sold on a non-returnable basis, but if there is an issue with workmanship of the merchandise, we will work with the manufacturer to replace or refund you for any sub-par quality of items. No additional refunds will be honored.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If an order is placed on our website in error, please contact us immediately. It is important to understand all Merch Showroom policies before ordering on our website. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering. It may be possible to cancel your order with the seller. If the seller has already manufactured or transferred your merchandise to a logistics provider like UPS / Fedex, the order may not be cancelled. There is no guarantee of order cancellations, but we will make a good faith effort with our sellers to meet your needs.
