International Order Information

The information on this page is for retailers located outside of the United States.    We're excited to offer Merch Showroom's unique licensed merchandise to customers around the world. Please review the details below to understand how international orders are processed.

By placing an order on MerchShowroom.com, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Product Availability

• Some items may not be eligible for shipping outside the U.S. due to licensing restrictions.  Typically, you will not be able to view those items on our website from your current country.  This content is moderated using the IP address of your computer to determine this.  

• If an item is unavailable at the time of order processing, we will ship the available items and automatically refund the rest.

• We’ll contact you if any issues arise with your order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit Cards (with appropriate fraud and identity verification)

• PayPal

• International Bank Wire Transfers

Note:  We reserve the right to request payment by bank wire for any international order and may ask for additional business or identification documents to verify the order.

Shipping & Logistics Overview

All international customers are responsible for:

• Shipping from each U.S. manufacturer to our U.S. freight forwarder

• International shipping from our freight forwarder to your country

• Any import duties, taxes, or government fees required by your local customs authority

We collect a $100 shipping deposit at checkout. This will be applied toward your final shipping cost.

Free Order / Freight Consolidation

If you order from multiple U.S. manufacturers through Merch Showroom, we’ll consolidate your shipments at our freight forwarder — free of additional charges (you only pay shipping).

This allows you to:

• Receive everything in one export shipment

• Save significantly on international shipping costs

Discounted Shipping Rates

We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL.
Our customers benefit from 30–40% off retail rates, and we pass those savings directly to you.

Export Compliance

To comply with export regulations, all international customers must sign a verification form stating that items purchased from Merch Showroom will not be resold within the United States.  Additionally, we are unable to lower or falsify product prices you paid for merchandise on your export documents.   This is out of compliance with U.S. and international trade laws.
