Marketplace Policies
Marketplace Policy: Concept One Accessories items may not be sold on any online marketplaces. This includes Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, NewEgg, Poshmark, Wayfair, Mercari, Etsy and any others not mentioned here. Sales originating on self-branded webstores (like Shopify) and in brick and mortar offline stores are approved.
Failure to abide by this policy may result in any of the following (as per our Terms of Service Policy):
- Cancellation of your order(s).
- Permanent removal of your company from the MerchShowroom.com.
- Data sharing with other vendors on MerchShowroom.com letting them know that you have not followed policies as agreed. This process is outlined in our privacy policy.
- Legal action against your company.
